Smoked Trout Roe
The iconic Petrossian trout roe is now available in a new smoked version. The roe is carefully selected before being smoked according to the Maison’s century-old smoking process, and then manually sorted. The smoky flavors add depth and a nice finish to the iodized notes of the trout roe. Best enjoyed on a blini or buttered bread, with a spoonful of crème fraîche on a potato or soft-boiled eggs.
