Audo The Tired Man Armchair Natural Oak/Sheepskin Moonlight
Tired Man was presented at the Snedkerlauget's Exhibition in Copenhagen in 1935 and has since gained status as an icon within Danish design. The characteristically curved armchair, designed by Flemming Lassen, is a true masterpiece in both craftsmanship and comfort. Lassen wanted the chair to feel 'just as warm and safe as a polar bear cub in its mother's arms.' In 2015, the design was relaunched with awards and praise as a result. The luxurious upholstery includes, among other things, sheepskin as a tribute to the original, and the legs are made of either natural or dark oiled oak with brass wheels at the front that make it easy to move the chair around. A matching footstool completes the experience of pure comfort.
