Due to the vastness of the area we control, Victoria II offers the possibility of automating certain activities, taking into account the criteria specified by the player.
In Victoria II, great emphasis was placed on research. The game offers several thousand different historical inventions that can be developed in our country. An important part of the game is also carrying out the reforms necessary for the proper functioning of the areas conquered by the player and the introduction of a more extensive than the previous part, the electoral system - the possibility of concluding election coalitions has been added and the lower and higher houses of parliaments of all countries available in Victoria II have been introduced.
The whole thing is very much related to the historical realities of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Among other things, thousands of historical events that affect the course of the game and special historical missions specific to a given country await players.
