After reaching the place, Nomad, the main character (or the heroine, because the creators allow us to choose the gender of the controlled character), a member of the titular Ghost squad, discovers that this piece of land has been taken over by an army of mercenaries made up of former commandos under the command of a certain Walker (in this role Jon Bernthal known, inter alia, for the main role in the series Punisher Netflix). The matter is serious, because it is the headquarters of the Skell corporation, which develops advanced technologies for the military. The protagonist's task is to control the situation and find out why the mercenaries took over the island.   Reception Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint received initial positive reviews from the critics after first trailers, who favorably compared it to the previous installment of the series, Ghost Recon Wildlands. An interesting element is also the simplified RPG system. For progress in the campaign, we are rewarded with experience points, for which we then buy new skills, assigned to three development paths: heron, spider and shark. Each of them rewards a different style of eliminating enemies and facilitates the exploration of the archipelago. An addition to the solo campaign is multiplayer, for which Ubisoft Massive, a Swedish studio known for great real-time strategies (eg Ground Control, World in Conflict), is responsible. The producer focused on easy-to-understand gameplay, scenarios requiring specific goals and an extensive development system. In one of the game modes, each team has to set the opponent's resources on fire, which completely changes the situation on the battlefield. An interesting supplement is also a cooperative mini-campaign, where up to four players try to survive 6 linear missions of increasing difficulty. Story summary Players take on the role of Jason Brody, whose vacation was brutally interrupted and, as a result of an unfortunate parachute jump, lands on an island dominated by psychopathic pirates. This studio previously helped with the production of Far Cry 4 and Far Cry Primal.  Far Cry 6 takes us on a journey to Yara - a fictional tropical country inspired by Cuba. The reign of a hard hand is held here by Anton Castillo, whose life goal is to rebuild the country and restore it to the glory it was fifty years ago (when his father was the dictator), found from what sacrifices he would have to force people to do this. Besides, Castillo is raising a heir, a 13-year-old son named Diego. The character we play during the game is Dani Rojas, a fighter or fighter of the local resistance movement, trying to remove Castillo from power through a guerrilla war, as well as bloody protests in the streets of Yara's capital - Esperanza.  Gameplay The gameplay in Far Cry 6 begins with the choice of the character we will play as. We still don't remember anything else but to start playing, during the rehearsal we observe from the first person perspective (FPP). The authors provide us with a vast open world, which we travel on foot, at the controls of various vehicles and machines, and, among others, on the horse's back. It is made up of many regions, differing in terms of landscape, population density and level of difficulty. In addition to Attica, the center of which is Athens, and Laconia, where Sparta is located, there are, among others, Macedonia, Delphi (seat of the famous oracle), Olympia inviting to sports competition, and the island of Crete, where the ruins of Knossos are located. In this "sandbox" we can travel both on the horse's back and on foot - which is made more attractive by the parkour system, which is the showcase of the series, thanks to which you can efficiently and effectively overcome obstacles. In addition, seafaring returns in the game, slightly resembling AC Odyssey to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag released in 2013. The ship at our disposal, the Adrestia, can be modified by changing its appearance and equipment. During the game, we can also recruit a crew (e.g. from stunned enemies), and each of its members has unique abilities that affect our abilities during battles with enemy units. Interestingly, sailing is made more attractive by shanties sung in Greek by our subordinates. On land, however, we deal with adversities by choosing a stealth approach or engaging in open clashes (depending on preferences). If we choose a silent solution, we can take advantage of the benefits provided by Leonidas' spearhead - an ancient artifact that replaces the hidden blade known from the previous installments of the cycle. This weapon also grants Alexios and Kassandra special abilities such as powerful attacks and a flash of blinding nearby enemies. They are useful during close quarters duels, during which we make use of various types of melee weapons; we can also shoot a bow. In addition, there are large-scale battles in the game, involving up to three hundred units, and when we break the law, headhunters follow our trail, and we kill them to climb the mercenary hierarchy. In return for the elimination of opponents, completing tasks (main and side) or exploring the world, we receive experience points, and after collecting the appropriate number of them - we advance to the next levels.
