Arizona Sunshine is a three-dimensional zombie shooter in the lead role, designed from scratch with the use of virtual reality helmets in mind. You need them to run the game. The production for the PC version fully cooperates with the Steam VR service and has been adapted to work with a wide range of devices, including the HTC Vive helmet developed by HTC and Valve.
Arizona Sunshine is the result of cooperation between Jaywalkers Interactive studio and the Vertigo Games team, known e.g. from such productions as World of Diving, Perils of Man or the Adam's Venture series. The action of the game takes place in the title state of Arizona, specifically in the vicinity of the Grand Canyon of the Colorado River. We are transferred to a truly post-apocalyptic reality, in which hordes of bloodthirsty zombies roam the world, and every sound of a human voice heard on the radio is a spark of hope. Our task is, of course, to survive in confrontation with aggressive opponents, which will be helped by a quite large arsenal of weapons (mainly firearms). Interestingly, in the game, our problem is not only zombies, because while playing, we also have to deal with the scorching sun of Arizona and limited supplies of ammunition and food.
