Exhaust Silencer Arrow Benelli TRK 502 X Race-Tech Approved (2018-2020)

Arrow Race-Tech 71889 silencer muffler for Benelli TRK 502 X (2018-2020) was the first series of silencers designed with the new diamond-shaped section. This design replaced (quite completely, but not at all) in the past years the older silencers sections, oval and cylindrical. The advanced profile (looks like a diamond, with smooth corners) makes it possible to reduce dimensions with respect to an exhaust with a more traditional shape and with an equivalent section surface. This feature is important in reducing weight and dimensions, increasing the internal volume with excellent advantages in noise damping and high performance. Internal structure is generally made in stainless steel, TIG welding. The internal parts, the sections, the exit pipe and the rear endcap are designed to allow for the smoother flow of exhaust gases possible reducing back-pressure-generated losses. Race-Tech silencers are available in titanium, carbon fiber and aluminum. Aluminum is available in 3 different finishes: transparent anodized, black anodized (“Dark” version) and white painted (“White” version). Rear endcap is available in stainless steel or in carbon fiber. Race-Tech silencers are available in a street legal version with removable baffle. Arrow EU approved exhausts have rear cap removable (db-killer) and are supplied with certificate of approval to be attached to the vehicle registration certificate. Discharges Off-Road MX Competition are designed to transfer the technology developed for racing cross in a series product: innovative layout, components obtained through machining with CNC machines, advanced materials, assembly processes and welding of the highest level. Discharges Off-Road MX Competition are composed of three parts: collector, link Pipe and silencer. The junction areas between the components involve the use of parts CNC machined from billet, to ensure sealing, perfect coupling due to better control of tolerances, reliability and durability. The decomposition of the discharge in three components ensures easy mounting, greater structural strength, a better absorption of the stresses and vibrations transmitted from the frame at the exhaust. In addition, since an inconvenience can happen, makes it easier to replace the part of the exhaust that maybe has dented for a fall, without having to replace the entire system. Collector and connectors are made of titanium: diameters, section variations and passages are carefully designed to bring out the best from the engine, while reducing size and weight. The collector is fixed to the cylinder by a bushing machined (obtained by means of numerical control machining, designed to minimize any interference to the flow of exhaust gas) and a flange made of aluminum alloy. Even the coupling with the connection is secured by a bushing machined. The link Pipe is secured to the frame by means of an attack, which increases the rigidity and stability of the entire exhaust system. The silencer, full titanium, ensures reduced dimensions to a minimum: the profile of the front and rear ride is specifically designed to reduce the total length of the muffler, making the most of the internal volume and available space on the bike.
