FloPlast Shiplap Cladding - 150mm x 5mtr Golden Oak

Our 150mm by 5 metre shiplap cladding panels are manufactured in the UK by FloPlast, and are BBA Approved.Shiplap cladding is our most popular cladding option due to the ability to cover wide areas and its traditional overlap appearance suitable for external use as a decorative or protective facing. Each 5m x 150mm panel covers an area of 0.75 square metres and can be fixed over brick, block, masonry and timber framed walling. Each board has a tough durable finish meaning it has a high impact strength and is finished with a weather resistant skin making it a low maintenance option which will retain its exceptional appearance. If you have never installed PVC Cladding before, we suggest you take a couple of minutes to watch our video which also explains how to measure how much cladding is needed:Is PVC Cladding Safe? Our FloPlast cladding boards carry a reaction to fire classification of D-s3, d2/(AHM). This means that the system is not classified as non-combustible and may be used on buildings with no storey 18m or more above the ground and 1m or more from a boundary. With minor exceptions, the system should be included in calculations of unprotected area.Although the spread-of-flame across the surface of PVC is limited, the material does tend to char and may fall away when exposed to fire. Due consideration should always be given to any combustible materials behind the cladding, which may become exposed in the event of fire. Where necessary, cavity barriers should be incorporated behind the cladding, as required under the relevant national Building Regulations.

FloPlast Bottle Trap Chrome Plated ABS Telescopic - 76mm Seal x 32mm Chrome

FloPlast Bottle Trap Chrome Plated ABS Telescopic - 76mm Seal x 32mm Chrome

Telescopic bottle traps are used when some flexibility is required with the connection to the waste pipe. The telescopic neck of the trap slides up and down within the trap body to vary the height of the outlet. This trap has a 76mm seal. It is available in a 32mm or 40mm size option. This trap is manufactured by FloPlast, one of the UKandrsquo;s leading suppliers of above and below ground drainage systems. It can be connected to most UK manufacturersandrsquo; push fit and solvent weld waste pipes. To connect the trap, always start at the top with the connection to the waste fitting. If the installation is particularly tight we suggest assembling all connections loosely before finally tightening all nuts once the trap is in position.First you should ensure that the O ring is correctly seated on its lug inside the top trap nut. Push the lug inside the waste fitting and tighten the nut by hand. Do not overtighten as this could damage the O ring. To connect the other end to the waste pipe, unscrew the nut from the trap and remove it along with the washer and the rubber seal. Place these three components over the end of the pipe andndash; first the nut, then the washer followed by the seal. Push the pipe into the trap as far as it will go, slide the seal and washer forward into position and tighten the nut. On telescopic traps, double check that the additional joint at the trap neck is tight. All joints can be taken apart again if required, but always check that the rubber seal has not been damaged in any way as this will cause the joint to leak.Click here to watch our video showing how to install a trap.
