The 3L construction creates a watertight, windproof shell for your microclimate while preserving body warmth, eliminating internal moisture, and minimizing weight gained when wet. Panels of twinDeck construction add a layer of RX thermal insulation across the chest, protecting your most vulnerable leading edge against added windchill, and a bonded hem and raw-cut sleeves maintain the jersey’s low-volume, layerable fit and second-skin aerodynamics. The zipper and pocket construction were also refined to facilitate operation and access with full-fingered gloves, and reflective details increase visibility in low-light conditions on the chest and pockets.
