Operation Pre-qualification test: OptiMate Lithium displays the status of the battery before charging and measures the temperature. The charge program ampmatic „¢ is selected according to the temperature and battery status. Recovery low voltage: the security mode safeTº controls the charge during the safety, to ensure that all batteries are discharged excessively retrieved correctly and safely. The tests are conducted for all the security program in order to determine if the battery has been properly recovered and if they can switch to the main charging phase. Main office: the processor ampmatic „¢ actively regulates the charge current to suit the capacity and condition of the battery, to complete the charge in the shortest possible time. The progress of the operation is compared to the ideal charging curve of LiFePO4 batteries. Charge maintenance: the CHARGE CYCLE MAINTENANCE 12 hours consists of charging periods of 30 minutes at a voltage of 13.6 V and followed by alternating with periods of 'rest' of 30 minutes (no charge current). During the charging period, the current is delivered only if the battery has lost some of the charge due to the connection of a circuit. If the charge level drops drastically, it may be performed a reset cycle. The test voltage should be maintained and the charge cycle of the maintenance will be repeated 24 hours after the start of the first test and will continue to be repeated for all the time in which the charger will be connected. The new OptiMate 6 ampmaticTM is the charger, maintainer and tester more advanced and versatile in the world suitable for scooters, motorcycles, cars, vans and trucks with batteries up to 240 Ah capacity. Single unit, in a stylish package, rugged and weatherproof, easy to mount on the wall. Once connected, the microprocessor ampmaticTM automatically diagnoses the condition of the battery and sets the charge current and the optimal program. An enhanced version of the program will also automatically desulfation multiphase OptiMateTM an injection of life to many deeply discharged batteries or "death". When charging is complete, the power-saving eco mode ensures ultra low power consumption, while maintaining the battery at an optimal charge, always ready and safe, a month after another, prolonging its life by up to 400%! Operation 1. Initialization: OptiMate 6 monitors to be connected to a battery (= minimum voltage 1.8V). 2. Programming: the ampmatic processor monitors the battery condition to determine the starting point of the program suitable. 3. Desulphation and recovery: if necessary, are applied 2 or 3 stages of high voltage and pulse oscillators to restore the batteries abandoned, discharged (removed from the vehicle) from a state to a state of sulphation rechargeable. 4. Bulk Charge: the ampmatic processor sets and then continually adjusts the constant current optimally for each individual battery according to its evolving electrical characteristics. 5. Control of the short-circuited cells: after 10 minutes the ampmatic processor controls the electrical parameters to verify the presence of a dispersion of power supply due to a shorted cell. 6. Absorption and equalization: for 10 minutes the current is delivered in pulses to cause the voltage to oscillate between 13,7 and 14,3V favoring the equalization of cell voltage. 7. Charge verification: during 5 minutes the voltage is limited at 13,6V while the ampmatic processor monitors the current drawn from the battery. If this check reveals a charge less than optimal, the program reverts to absorption for a further 10 minutes. 8. Charge retention test: when you reach the optimal charge, begins the first dispersion control for battery (and connected system). If the battery passes the first 30 minutes of testing, this is extended up to 12 hours for a result defi nite. If the voltage drops below 12,4V in this period, the extended test is terminated. Test results can be read at a glance on the LED panel for easy reading. The 30 minute tests are repeated hourly until the OptiMate 6 is disconnected, so that the indication of the battery status is continuously updated. 9. Maintenance Charge: during alternating periods of 30 minutes, at a float limit of 13.6V, the battery, is offered the charging current required to keep it with any small connected loads or power leakage and so avoid downloading natural. OptiMate6 can remain connected to the battery indefinitely, the battery will remain in an optimal state and secure. Also will naturally optimal charging. I tubi freno moto aeronautici in treccia EBC Brakes per moto Yamaha XT660Z Tenerè Anteriori (fino al 2013) sono realizzati in PTFE flessibile e acciaio inox AISI 303. Rispetto ai tubi freno in gomma originali di molte moto e scooter non si deformano alla pressione e trasmettono quindi più velocemente la forza frenante alla pinza garantendo una frenata più rapida costante e potente in ogni condizione di utilizzo. Ogni singolo componente è prodotto nella fabbrica EBC Brakes in UK. Non si tratta quindi della combinazione di parti prodotte da terzi e assemblate. Ogni kit tubi freno moto è messo alla prova dopo il completo assemblaggio (attraverso un macchinario che porta la pressione a 4.000 psi) e non precedentemente sui singoli componenti. La metodologia di test scelta da EBC assicura la correttezza dei requisiti di qualità in termini di robustezza e resistenza alla corrosione. Quanto affermato è ulteriormente avvalorato dal rispetto della procedura di produzione indicato dalla normativa FMVSS-106 (relativa alle tubazioni e i raccordi per sistemi frenanti) e dalla lunga lista di enti certificatori e laboratori che hanno testato le linee di EBC (DOT TUV ISO DEKRA ABE…). NOTE: i kit tubi freno in treccia aeronautici sono forniti completi di raccordi specifici e non necessitano di regolazioni o aggiustamenti per il montaggio.
