Valorization of aromatic plants in Africa - Kouassi Roselin Cyrille Goly
The aim of this study is to valorize Hyptis suaveolens (Lamiaceae) and Lippia multiflora (Verbenaceae), two aromatic plants of the Ivorian pharmacopeia. To do so, the animicrobial potential of different leaf extracts of these two plants was determined. The most effective extract was used for the conservation of smoked fish.
