'Ferner Osten' stands out with its beautifully arching leaves that transition from green to a deep burgundy-red as the season progresses. In late Summer to early Autumn, it produces elegant, feathery plumes of reddish-purple flowers that gradually fade to silver, adding texture and movement to the garden.
