Kholat Steam CD Key

Kholat Steam CD Key

Kholat is a horror adventure game. The title was developed by the Krakow branch of the Polish IMGN.pro development studio. The plot of the game is based on a real event - the tragedy at the Dyatlov Pass. In the winter of 1959, a group of nine Russian mountaineers set off on an expedition to the northern part of the Ural Mountains. The expedition did not end happily - the bodies of its participants were found on the Cholat Sjakl slope ("Martwa Góra" in Mammese), near the abandoned camp - most of them died of a cold. It is puzzling that the tent was cut open from the inside, as if the climbers had to flee in no time in the middle of the night. The true cause of the tragedy is still unknown. Kholat offers an open world that the player observes from the first person perspective. The game is based on the scheme known from Dear Esther - walking only around the area, we complete the scraps of the plot into one whole. The action of the game takes place at night, in a frosty forest, and you have to find your way to your destination by yourself. The map and compass are helpful in this, but due to the lack of an active pause, using them is risky, because it distracts from what is happening on the screen at the moment. At no time does the player start a fight, and the only rescue from the threat is running away. The game uses a proprietary tool called "fear manager". Its task is to adjust the factors responsible for the atmosphere of horror to the actions of the player. Thanks to this solution, the player is constantly accompanied by a feeling of danger and disorientation. Kholat's three-dimensional graphics are based on the Unreal Engine 4 engine.
