System Sensor M501MEA Mini Input ModuleThe M501MEA is an addressable input module. It will interface with contact devices such as security contacts waterflow switches and call points. It is capable of being collected in Class B wiring configurations. It provides a two-wire initiation circuit for normally open contact fire alarm and security devices. In addition to transmitting the supervised state of the monitored device normal open or short the full analogue supervision measurement is sent back to the panel.The compact size allows it to fit inside devices or conjunction boxes behind devices. Its size and lightweight allows it to be installed without the need to be rigidly mounted. When the proprietary Series 200 Advanced Protocol is enabled a number of features become available namely the advanced feature to determine alarms or troubles in a reduced time. An extended 3-year warranty covers all System Sensor products.
