Boë Scottish Gin 70cl
Boë Scottish Gin Franz de la Boë, a world reknowned Professor, infused a clear grain alcohol with hand picked juniper (he was searching for a medicinal tonic). Instead of the tonic, in 1658 he created the world's first Gin! The ethos behind Boë is producung gins with perfect flavour, and character which will be remembered. They do this in keeping with the pioneering spirit of Franz de la Boë - keeping his name, and spirit alive! Created in small batches, Boë Scottish Gin uses rare hand picked botanicals and spices. They infuse these in neutral grain alcohol, which free the flavours from the botanicals - creating the high class gin. It's clean and smooth, and has a delicious balance of warm spices, a hint of pepper, citrus peel and fresh herbs. Together these create a characteristically citrus gin, with an extraordinary balance and smoothness. Read more about Boë Perfect Serve We recommend serving in a Gin & Tonic with a wedge of orange. This gives the citrus notes a perfect boost. Use a large copa glass, 50ml of gin and between 150 and 200ml of tonic (to your preference). Fentimans Indian Tonic, works really well with this gin. For a larger citrus kick, try replacing the tonic with Fentimans Valencian Orange, or Pink Grapefruit tonic.
