Lonewolf Cactus & Lime Gin Welcome to gin's wild frontier! With their Cactus and Lime gin, Brewdog have gone in a whole new direction. Taking a classic gin ingredient, lime, they have paired t with something unique and out of the ordinary - but something which certainly packs a delicious punch. They distil their signature citrus gin with kaffir lime and Queen of the Night, a fragrant cactus flower that appears only after dark - just like the wolf who hunts by moonlight. It has spiky citrus notes, which meet LoneWolf's classic juniper kick for an oasis of flavour. Obviously best enjoyed at sundown, with an eye on the moon... However, if you like things a little sweeter and a touch floral, try pairing with Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic. In a large glass filled with ice, add 50ml of the gin and between 100 and 150ml of your tonic of choice. Stir gently, and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Brewdog 500 Cuts Rum Cherry and Dark Chocolate Perhaps best known for their world class beers, Brewdog also have an acclaimed range of spirits (Gin, Rum and Vodka). Now they have re-launched their Rum, and this time it comes in a pack.... With four different Rums, there is sure to be one for you! Brewdog make their rums in Scotland. With more than six centuries of experience, there is a long history of distilling spirits in Scotland and the country has everything needed for crafting rum – well, everything except for the sunshine. Scotland is not known for its tropical climate, so sun-baked molasses is shipped from the Caribbean to the state-of-the-art Brewdog distillery and transformed by hand into honeyed liquid, ready for distilling with plenty of Scottish spirit. Brewdog 500 Cuts Cherry and Dark Chocolate Rum is a sweet and smooth rum, infused with both wild and morello cherry and rich dark chocolate. The combination of both tart and bitter flavours make for a delicious rum. There are notes of caramel and orange peel, with ginger, cloves and cardamom to add a bit of spice. Good to know: Brewdog care about the environment and this distillery is the first carbon negative distillery in Scotland. So basically, they remove twice as much carbon as they emit into the air. More from Brewdog Perfect Serve Add a few ice cubes to a glass, pour over the rum, sip and enjoy. If you like your drinks a little longer, add 50ml to a glass of ice and add 150-200ml cola and add a slice of lemon. We like this with Fentiamns Curiosity Cola, but if you want to add a bit more cherry, then you can also mix with Fentimans Cherry Cola.

Lonewolf Cloudy Lemon Gin A haze of gin and sharp citrus. Like any wolf, this one is no different. This gin is ruled by the full moon, it's macerated in fresh Sicilian lemon peel for seven days before its released into the wild. Handcrafted in their distillery in Aberdeen (North Scotland, UK - and a part of the Brewdog family), the botanicals in this gin tell the own story. Scotch Pine (which compliments and bolsters the juniper), Tuscan juniper, grapefruit peel, lemon peel, pink peppercorn, orris root, angelica, mace, cardamom, lemongrass, kaffir lime, almonds, coriander, and Lavender. With a really strong lemon nose and a merciless juniper kick, this wolf is a crossbreed to be reckoned with. The bottle is pretty spectacular too, with the trademark punk wolf (obviously the rare lemon variety) on the front of the bottle. The gin itself takes on a beautiful lemon yellow colour... as if you could forget this is has a lemon flavour!  Read more about Brewdog Perfect Serve This really is best served with a good neutral premium tonic (we recommend Three Cents Tonic Water). Feel free to garnish with a slice of lemon though, to really pack a lemony punch.

Nu hebben ze hun Rum opnieuw gelanceerd, en deze keer komt het in een 'pack'.... Met vier verschillende Rums is er zeker een voor jou! Brewdog maakt hun rum in Schotland. Met meer dan zes eeuwen ervaring, is er een lange geschiedenis van het distilleren van sterke drank in Schotland en het land heeft alles wat nodig is voor het maken van rum - nou ja, alles behalve de zon. Schotland staat niet bekend om zijn tropische klimaat, dus zonovergoten melasse wordt vanuit het Caribisch gebied naar de ultramoderne Brewdog-distilleerderij verscheept en met de hand getransformeerd tot honingzoete vloeistof, klaar om te distilleren met veel Schotse spirit. Brewdog 500 Cuts Coconut and Vanilla Rum is een zoete en zachte rum, doordrenkt met romige geroosterde kokosnoot en houtachtige vanille. We zouden zeggen dat het zeker meer vanille is dan kokos en als een donkere rum werkt dit perfect. Als je op zoek bent naar een smaak om je een zomerse kokosnootvibe te bezorgen, dan is dit waarschijnlijk niets voor jou, maar leuk als je gewoon van een vleugje kokosnoot houdt. Goed om te weten: Brewdog geeft om het milieu en deze distilleerderij is de eerste koolstofnegatieve distilleerderij in Schotland. Dus eigenlijk verwijderen ze twee keer zoveel koolstof als ze in de lucht uitstoten. Meer van Brewdog Perfect Serve Rum en cola is een klassiek drankpartnerschap en we raden aan om 50 ml Brewdog 500 Cuts Coconut and Vanilla Rum te mengen met 150-200 ml Fever-Tree Distillers Cola, een cola die speciaal is gemaakt voor Rum (en Whisky).

Lonewolf Bramble and Raspberry Gin Whilst they may be better known for their world class beer, Brewdog have also had great success since launching their range of spirits. With their gins they felt the majority of gins had become mainstream. In their words: "Dainty botanicals and floral nonsense are the norm, and they’re masking all kinds of sins." They start by creating their own Abstrakt Vodka which is used as the base spirit for their gins. They do this to ensure the quality of the spirit from start to finish. They then go big and bold with their flavours (using up to 5 times the amount of juniper typical in craft gins) crafting their gin in the world’s first triple bubble copper-pot still. This is done at their distillery in Aberdeenshire (in North Scotland).  Good to know: Every bottle of gin created is carbon neutral Their gins are created with big, bold flavours using their bespoke copper pot stills. Like the wolf from which they took inspiration with their gins, each is wildly different. Made in Scotland, they use a unique blend of botanicals to create some something uniquely different in each bottle.  In their Bramble and Raspberry gin, Lonewolf have created a gin which is positively bursting with notes of freshly harvested berries. This is truly a feast for the taste buds, with ripe and juicy fruit flavours dancing over your tongue. Whilst their signature Tuscan Juniper remains strong, the rich jammy raspberries perfectly blend creating something unique. Lonewolf Peach & Passionfruit Gin Welcome to gin's tropical frontier! With their Peach & Passionfruit gin, Brewdog have gone in yet another new direction. This is a tropical gin, but one with a wolf's bite! They have infused their craft spirit with juicy white peaches and sweet passionfruit, giving a truly tropical taste sensation. But they didn't stop there! Rounding out the flavour profile, they have added a hint of citrus sharpness from Yuzu. The classic pine juniper notes remain, but as Lonewolf says "this wolf's sitting pool side with shades on". Overall this makes this a drink which is perfect for breezy days and balmy nights.
