Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin Following the success of their Lemon Drizzle Gin, Sipsmith have taken further inspiration from the popular citrus gins in fashion during the early 1900's. This time they have dialled up the citrus with Orange and created their latest taste sensation - Zesty Orange. Hand-crafted by the distilling team at Sipsmith they have taken fresh and dried orange peels, their award winning london dry gin and combined them with the zest from bergamot (another citrus fruit).  On the nose there is a delightfully fresh aroma, which is full of light floral citrus notes, as well as a touch of warming spice. On the palate there is the perfect blend of juniper, orange in the form of a sweet marmalade, and a touch of cinnamon which brings everything together. Read more about Sipsmith Perfect Serve This is a highly versatile gin, making itself at home equally in a classic (orange) gin & tonic, or in the mix in some classic gin cocktails. Try as the gin component in a White Lady, or an Espresso Martini! For a citrus gin & tonic fill a tall glass with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of a neutral tonic such as Fentimans Premium Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice or two of lemon and a few juniper berries. For a real citrus infusion, try replacing the tonic with Fentimans Valencian Orange Tonic - which will add additional zesty orange notes to the drink (and a delicate orange hue).
