Whitley Neill Lemongrass & Ginger Gin With a taste for adventure and discovery running through all eight generations of the Whitley Neill family tree it should come as no surprise that at the turn of the century, Frederick Neill found himself on a voyage through Asia. Here he discovered the fragrant and citrus infused lemongrass. Lemongrass is popular throughout Asia, and when paired with another popular asian ingredient (Ginger) and select exotic herbs and spices Whitley Neill's Lemongrass & Ginger Gin is distinctive, fragrant, and has a delicious citrus taste. This is another of Whitley Neill's handcrafted gins which are all of exceptional quality. This flavour in particular is as rich as its ancestry. Along with the Lemongrass extract and Ginger, Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia Bark, Orris and Angelica Roots, Liquorice, Sweet Orange and Lemon are also featured. Serve with plenty of ice, 50ml of the gin, 150ml of the tonic water and garnish with a cooling slice of cucumber (helps cool the warming ginger in the gin), a basil leaf or two (which accentuate the lemongrass flavours), and a slice of lemon.

X-Gin Through a collaboration between Xolato's chocolatier Peter Messely and Patrick from De Moor distillery, comes something special.... X-Gin After many attempts, and over 45 different botanicals, this recipe was settles on. It combines juniper berries with 15 herbs and several of the best spices known to man. These include cocoa beans from Colombia, wild pepper and vanilla from Madagascar as well as hazelnuts from Piemonte in Italy. It is unique, and deliciously light on the palette. There is a lingering spiciness, with hints of chilli and cocoa. Juniper is quite pronounced at the start, but doesn't linger, allowing the other botanicals their own time to shine. Aurora Floral Gin For our floral gin, we reached out to our friends at DelRey Distillery, who used their skill and passion to create this delicious floral gin. Made for real gin lovers (well.... we would say we love Gin!), this was one of the fundamentals which were thought about when creating this gin. In addition to juniper (it is a gin after all), Egyptian Chamomile is one of the main botanicals used (known for its quality), which ensures a quality and refined floral aroma and flavour on the palate Whilst the full blend of botanicals is a most closely guarded secret (we don't want to give everything away now do we!), this is a bright gin with a defined and floral edge to it. This is joined by a delicate sweetness that enhances the botanical flavours and rounds out the gin on the palate. More from Gin Fling Perfect Serve We recommend this is enjoyed with either Fentimans Connoisseurs tonic (lets the gin itself do the talking), or their Elderflower & Rose Tonic (which enhances the floral notes even more). With either of these, take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin (half the mini bottle). Gently pour over 150ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently.
