Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur For over 60 years, the Mozart Distillerie has been producing quality drinks in Salzburg, Austria. They utilise the best ingredients they can source. All the liqueurs use cocoa (from West Africa), Sugar Beet (from which they create a base spirit, and also to add sweetness), and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. They then add a slightly different blend of ingredients. In their chocolate cream they add Belgian chocolate, cream from the Netherlands, and a hint of caramel. The result is a deep semi-brown creamy milk chocolate liqueur, which has deliciously decadent notes of vanilla and cocoa. It's creamy, and has an intense smoothness. Take a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add 20cl of the cream liqueur, 40cl of Tequila, 10cl of Orange Liqueur and 20cl of cream. Shake well, and strain into a tumbler with a couple of ice cubes. Top with some flaked chocolate.
