Read more about La Hechicera Perfect Serve For a classic mojito, lightly muddle 5 or 6 mint leaves with 20ml fresh lime juice and a teaspoon of sugar in the highball glass. Add a few ice cubes and pour in 50ml La Hechicera Rum whilst stirring. Top up with soda water (we recommend Fentimans Soda Water) and stir gently. Garnish with mint leaves.
