Wildjac Fresh Citrus Vodka Based in the Wyre Forest, to the South West of Birmingham in the UK, Wildjac strive to produce a range of sustainable and eco-friendly premium botanical spirits. To this end, they hand-craft their drinks using only 100% natural ingredients which (where possible) they source locally. With their Fresh Citrus Vodka, Wildjac have created a fresh and zesty vodka which is distilled (unusually) with Worcestershire (a county in the centre of the UK), Endeavour hops and Lemon Thyme. The other ingredients rounding out the botanical compliment are elderflower, orange peel, viola, lemon zest, pink grapefruit, coriander, lime, eucalyptus and bergamot. With a bright aroma full of citrus notes this is a joy to the nose. The citrus flavours continue throughout the drink, with crisp lemon freshness and a hint of warmth from the coriander. The finish is all about the citrus... with orange, grapefruit and lime all coming through. Take a shaker and add 1 tablespoon of honey, and pour over 50ml of warm (not boiling) water. Stir until disolved. Add 50ml of vodka, 50ml of fresh lemon juice and fill with ice. This is a full-strength, and less sweet expression of their much-loved Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur Taking their base classic gin, they post-infuse combining natural ingredients, rhubarb and ginger to create this deliciously spicy gin. Juniper-forward, this gin is full of natural flavours. There is a definite aroma of rhubarb which is complemented by spiciness. This leads to a smooth, full and well rounded finish. Poetic License Old Tom Gin Reminiscent of the types of gin that were enjoyed in the 1800's, Old Tom Gin's are sweeter - and have been making a come back recently. With theirs, the Poetic License Distillery in Sunderland (North UK) have made a gin which is sweeter than their Dry Gin, but with a touch of pepper. The botanicals they use enhance the sweeter taste, and the oak casks they use continue to add additional flavour and colour. The inclusion of hibiscus and rose petals infuses their distinct character within the gin, also adding a delightful rose gold tinge. On the nose this gin is quite aromatic, with distinct floral aromas. However, with its juniper back note there is no forgetting this is a gin! For their distinctly coloured Damson & Raspberry Gin, Wildjac have taken inspiration from the many fresh fruits availabile close to their distillery. They use Angelica, orange, organic autumn bliss raspberries and organic shropshire prune damsons from the Augernik Fruit Farm, juniper and coriander. For their Natural Dry Gin, Wildjac have taken inspiration from deep within their home, the Wyre Forest. Using Douglas Fir, Coriander, Liquorice, Elderberry, Chamomile, Juniper, Angelica, Lemon Balm, Fresh Orange, Fresh Lemon and Thyme they have created a gin which takes the drinker right to the heart of the forest with them. On the nose this is zesty, with lively herbaceous green notes from the juniper and douglas fir. On the palate the classic notes of a gin, juniper, can be found here and are complimented by thyme, douglas fir and lemon balm (all of which are locally foraged). These strong and big botanical flavours are perfectly complimented and rounded out by chamomile and angelica. Chivas Regal 12 Year Whisky (Mini) 5cl

Chivas Regal 12 Years Whisky Produced by Chivas Brothers (which is owned by Pernod Ricard) at the Strathisla distillery in Keith, Moray in Speyside (Scotland, UK). This distillery was founded in 1786, and is the oldest continuously operating Highland distillery. Their 12 Years Aged Whisky is a blended Scotch Whisky, and the market-leader in the 12 year and over aged whisky category in Europe and Asia Pacific. It's made of a blend of malt and grain scotch whiskies and is their signature blend. It was also the first in the family of Chivas whiskies to have been released after prohibition. Known and loved flavours which are iconic in the Speyside region are at the heart of this whisky. Wild heather, sweet honey and crisp orchard fruits are the result of years of experience from the master blenders. This taste has been maintained since the pioneers of blended Scotch whisky (the founders of Chivas Regal, John and James Chivas) first started blending. Within the blend itself you will find the finest mail and grain whiskies. Strathisla single malt, Strathclyde single grain and yet more are blended to create a whisky known for its smoothness. A variety of different casks are also sourced for the maturation of the 12-year-old whiskies, again - ensuring the quality. On the nose this whisky gives the signature aromas, and is particularly aromatic. Wild herbs, heather, honey and orchard fruits all greet the nose. Mermaid Gin (Mini) 5cl

Mermaid Gin Presented in a stunning "fish-scale" like bottle with a cork stopper, this gin has been hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight (a small island off the south coast of the UK) since 2014. The Isle of Wight Distillery use ten ethically sourced botanicals in the creation of Mermaid Gin. This signature gin was named after the lead botanical (rock samphire), which is known locally in the Isle of Wight as "Mermaid's kiss". This succulent is aromatic, and clings to the cliffs surrounding the island, and they mark the high tide line on the beautiful beaches it's known for. Like the kiss of the mythical mermaid (which saved sailors lost at sea), the rock samphire was a signal that shipwrecked sailors (and smugglers through history!) were safe from the raging seas. The samphire gives fresh citrus notes, as well as a delicate hint of fresh sea air.
