Scrap Mechanic Steam Account Junao Pick-up Site
Scrap Mechanic is a sandbox multiplayer game about building complex machines, featuring both creative and survival game modes. The production available for the PC platform is the first work of Axolot Games studio. Scrap Mechanic made its debut on Steam as part of the Early Access service and was developed by the creators in subsequent updates.
Story
In Scrap Mechanic, we play the role of a robot mechanic who was sent to a fully automated agricultural planet to repair and maintain robots. It was unfortunate that the hero lost control of the machine and crashed, only to discover that the machines that cultivated and shipped food to human worlds had gone completely crazy. Left to his own devices, our hero must use his abilities and knowledge of machines to survive the attacks of mad mechanical opponents.
Gameplay
The gameplay mechanics of Scrap Mechanic combine the features of sandbox games like Rust or Hurtworld with the theme of building your own machines from Besiege and other similar titles. So the fun is about collecting raw materials and creating machines of various types - we get a lot of freedom in this topic. To achieve these goals, the player is given a number of tools, such as a hammer or a device for connecting elements. The authors of the game have prepared over a hundred parts, so each mechanic will fully implement his engineering ideas - from cars, through walking machines, to such absurd ideas as houses on wheels. In addition to the basic parts, such as wheels and body parts, we find here more complex elements, such as engines, suspension, switches and sensors. An indispensable help in starting the career of a mechanic and inventor at the same time is a portable lift, as well as a handy guide and guide - the authors explain all issues related to implementing new ideas. The game is also focused on cooperation with other players.
Game modes
Ultimately, the creators of Scrap Mechanic plan to always have two game modes in the game: creative and survival. The first form of fun, available at the Early Access stage, assumes that players will focus on joyful and carefree machine building. Here, we can at most check how our creations deal with overcoming the terrain. The second option, the survival mode, introduces a threat - an army of crazed robots, which is only waiting for our moment of inattention. In the fight for survival mode, we have to collect resources, e.g. by dismantling found buildings and machines, and think above all about how to repel further attacks. The authors do not envisage a PvP game in which players fight against each other, because the game is not designed this way - the full version or updates may change it.
