Fotball Manager 2010 is the next installment of the world's most popular football manager, created by the British Sports Interactive studio, which is simultaneously developing the Football Manager Live project. This time, the authors improved their flagship title through corrections in the interface, changes in the tactical system and the addition of an advanced tool for analyzing match statistics. UI changes include not only a new, more transparent Football Manager skin, but also a redesigned menu. Instead of a set of buttons on the left side of the screen, the authors put at our disposal a few tabs, developed from above like in web browsers. When it comes to tactics modifications, specialists from Sports Interactive have provided us with access to interaction with individual players and the possibility of shouting at them from the sideline. Thanks to this, we can force players to become more involved in key moments of the match. The statistical analysis tool helps us to take appropriate action. It allows us to get to know the exact data on the game of individual players - we obtain information on the number of shots fired, interceptions, crosses, heads or fouls. We also have an insight into the details of our team and the opponent - not only during the ongoing match, but also long after its end. In Football Manager 2010, Sports Interactive also put emphasis on the attractive presentation of football matches - in this edition, the three-dimensional animation of athletes, the appearance of the pitch, stands and viewers watching the matches were improved.
