My Hero One's Justice 2 is a continuation of the three-dimensional fighting game from 2018, and at the same time an adaptation of the manga and anime called My Hero Academia, in which superheroes fight fierce battles with villains. The Japanese studio Byking in cooperation with Bandai Namco Entertainment is responsible for the second part.My Hero One's Justice 2 is a continuation of the events of its predecessor. The game is based on the manga My Hero Academia and its animated adaptation broadcast since 2016. The action of the game takes place in a version of modern Japan invented by Kohei Horikoshi, in which the heroes are endowed with supernatural powers. In the second part, the presented events date back to the fourth season of the anime. So we are dealing with a title intended mainly for veterans of the series who not only know the manga or anime inside out, but also the previous part of the game. In the sequel, characters from the previous installment returned, but the list was expanded with completely new ones, such as Kai Chisaki, Mirio Togata, Tamaki Amajiki, Nejire Hado and Mina Ashido. The protagonist of the story is again Izuku Midoriya, who was one of the (un) fortunate ones born without any powers. By a twist of fate, he receives one from the legendary warrior Toshinori Yagi, also known as All Might. As in the predecessor, we get to know the fate of not only superheroes, but also their opponents, all in the form of cutscenes on the game engine and animated scenes straight from visual novel production. Key featuresAn interesting fighting game proposition for the manga-style lovers and a total must-have for all the fans of Boku no Hero Academia manga and anime.Intense battles with the use of superpowers (called “quirks”).Campaign mode with the cut-scenes imitating the style of visual novels.Arcade mode lets you unlock new in-game items.A special customization item for Izuku awaits those who have their save data from My Hero One’s Justice.
