Resident Evil 4 is a game from the famous series of survival horrors created by Capcom. Kennedy - the hero of the "two" and a fan favorite, who has come far from his humble beginnings as a Raccoon City policeman. Six years after the end of Resident Evil 2, the hero was promoted to the position of a special agent of the United States government, and his independent mission is to recover Ashley Graham - the daughter of the US president - from the mysterious cult of Los Illuminados. Kennedy, known from the second part of the game - once a policeman from Raccoon City, and now a secret agent of the US government, responsible, among others, for the safety of the president's family. The protagonist is sent on a mission to Europe. His task is to save the president's daughter, who has disappeared under mysterious circumstances, who is staying there - the trail leads to Pueblo in Spain. On the spot, it turns out that the matter is much more complicated. To complete the task, the hero will have to face hordes of mutants infected with a dangerous parasite. It will also be necessary to deal with a mysterious sect led by the charismatic Osmund Saddler. Gameplay The gameplay in RE4: Ultimate HD Edition remains almost identical in comparison to the original game. The action is presented from The Third Person Perspective (TPP) and the game is an example of a survival-horror genre. During the gameplay, players explore numerous locations, occasionally solve environmental puzzles, and of course, fight dangerous enemies. This time, combat is the most essential element of the game. The protagonist can use a variety of different weapons such as pistols, shotguns, assault rifles, or even grenade launchers or crossbows with exploding ammo. In addition to that, from time to time players will have to complete spectacular QTE sequences (Quick Time Events), during which they will have to press the right button at the right time.   Reception The game gathered mostly favorable reviews. Full of combat and fast-paced action gameplay attracted a lot of fans. Introducing full support for mouse and keyboard is one of the most praised features of the re-mastered edition, as it was the main reason for the negative opinions about the original Resident Evil 4.
