This is all done by the independent solar panel that is included, which has a 5m cable connected to the water pump, allowing you to place the gnome water feature wherever you like in the garden.Simply attach the water pump to the flow tube inside the water feature, fill the lower basin with water and place the solar panel in sunlight.
