In real terms, PLA Tough offers more than 750% impact resistance than regular PLA (29.8 kJ/m versus 3.4 kJ/m)PLA Tough exhibits excellent results in layer adhesion and the benefits of strength and durability makes it highly-suited manufacturing aids or even end-use parts where impact resistance is needed beyond a regular PLA.PLA Tough retains beneficial properties of our (r)PLA such as low warp and low shrinkage, and can be printed at temperatures akin to regular PLA 21010C.Overall, PLA Tough filament is ideal for applications requiring a strong PLA for tough, industrial applications especially those requiring impact resistance.
