The HFT Pipestoppers Aluminium pipe Plugs are heavy-duty and high-temperature resistant plugs suitable for immersion in chemicals.They can be used for leak testing, isolation, sealing, stopping, and purging pipework in various applications such as ducting, conduit, swimming pools, painting, and casting industries.The plugs come with a variety of rubber sealing rings and a friction-free washer for easy tightening of the wing nut.Sizes range from 1.5" to 36" (38 to 900 mm) to accommodate different entry and exit points.They conform to British Standards BS8005 and BS EN752-4 for low-pressure testing and sealing of pipes.The Aluminium Test Plugs and Stoppers serve as drain test plugs, sewerage test plugs, waste test plugs, scupper plugs, and have numerous other applications.HFT Pipestoppers Aluminium Test Plugs can be used effectively as a permanent stopper. The wings can be cropped to prevent tampering.The natural rubber rings can be used up to 70?C (158?F) in continuous use.The user can extend the range of each plug by a few millimetres by using an exterior rubber seal on top of the ring provided.
