Kidde Airsense Wire Burn Test Rig 9-30051The unit incorporates a switched 230 volts A.C. input feeding the primary coil of a 200 VA transformer. The transformer has two 6 volt A.C. outputs that are connected across three output terminals. The two outer terminals are the individual 6 volt A.C. outputs and the centre terminal is a common return. This equipment is fitted to a die-cast metal enclosure that is connected to earth. The Kidde 1-23911-K090 FireBeta XT is supplied in an enclosure that matches the design and color of the status unit range.The 4 detection zone circuits allow extinguishing agent release to be configured to activate from any combination of detection zones. This allows among others any 2 zones from the combination of 3 to activate release making it ideal for applications protecting ceiling room and floor voids.The extensive configuration options of the FireBeta XT allow the functionality of the system to be extensively modified to suit the application while still complying with EN12094-1 EN54-2 and EN54-4. A large LED display on the panel fascia enables easy configuration and control. It additionally displays the time remaining until extinguishing agent release for added user safety.The control panel status can be displayed on up to 7 remote status indicators. This allows the agent release status to be displayed at for e.g. multiple entrances to a protected area adding additional user safety.
