PackagingPOS packaging RPM, max.12500 RPM RPM, optimum, from5000 RPM RPM, optimum, to12500 RPM Packaging unit1 piece Double-row, very aggressive and robust brush that is able to withstand high mechanical loads. Excellent for heavy-duty brushing such as deburring, cleaning, derusting and descaling and removal of spatter. In order to fulfil the particular requirements for working with stainless steel (INOX) , PFERD uses wire quality 1.4310 (V2A) for all INOX brushes. Practical experience from industry has shown that this offers very good corrosion resistance with an optimum tool life. All PFERD brushes with INOX filaments are colour-coded in blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX) , such as V4A. The wire quality 1.4310 tends to become ferromagnetic in the case of cold working; i.e. it can be attracted using magnets. The reason for this is a change in the microstructure caused by deformation (e.g. during the wire drawing process) This does not have any impact on the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX filament. The filament is still resistant to corrosion. Stainless steel wire (INOX) withstands temperatures up to 450 C. Advantages Aggressive brushing effect due to the very stiff wire knots. Extremely high filament density for optimum tool life. Double-row design enables fast brushing results thanks to larger filament width. High level of comfort thanks to smooth running on corners and edges. Very good corrosion resistance. The brush is degreased and does not leave any oil residue on the workpiece. Recommendations for use Please observe the recommended rotational speeds. For optimum results, use on powerful angle grinders. Materials that can be worked Aluminium Bronze Cobalt-based alloys Hard non-ferrous metal High-temperature-resistant materials Nickel-based alloys (e.g. Inconell and Hastelloy) Nickel or titanium-based superalloys Other non-ferrous metals Soft titanium alloys (tensile strength 500 N/mm) Stainless steel (INOX) Titanium Titanium alloys Applications Cleaning Deburring Derusting Descaling Paint stripping Removing heat discolouration Removing oxide layers Root seam processing Work on fillet welds Work on weld seams Drive types Angle grinder Drive spindle

10x Pferd Twist Drill SPB DIN338 HSSG N 9.2mm Steel

Drilling tools with cross grinding for industrial uses. Fully ground, right-hand turning versions that produce precise drill holes thanks to their high concentricity and exact centring. PFERD offers spiral drills in the STEEL (118 point angle) and INOX (135 point angle) versions. High-performance drilling tools in the STEEL in HSSG (M2) version for industrial uses. Fully ground right-hand turning version with cross grinding that produces precise drill holes thanks to their high concentricity and exact centring. Advantages Very good chip removal. High concentricity. Exact centring and low feed force thanks to cross grinding. Suitable for general use on steel, cast steel, grey cast iron, annealed cast iron, bronze, brass, aluminium. Easy centring. Long tool life. Recommendations for use Observe the recommended rotational speeds. When drilling metals, use a high-quality cutting oil or cooling lubricant, if possible. This facilitates smooth running and extends the drill tool life. Exception: when working on aluminium, use kerosene instead of cutting oil. When working on stainless steel (INOX) , remove any particles that break away from the workpiece in order to avoid corrosion. Clean the workpiece chemically or mechanically (etching/polishing, etc.) . Safety notes Wear eye protection! Follow the safety instructions!
