Free standing and portable on its four heavy duty wheels, this large commercial oven has two decks, which are controlled separately, and can hold up to 12 x 10inch pizzas in total. Reaching temperatures of 400C this professional oven is perfect for commercial cooking, the reinforced steel doors provide easy and individual access to each stone base oven whilst keeping the heat in. The oven is pre-set as three phase; however the oven is capable of being a single phase oven. Ask a qualified electrician for further advice and help when installing and converting the oven from three to single phase. The oven needs a 6mm cable for wiring.
