FEEDING GUIDE: To help assist the continued survival of many native UK birds, you should feed wild birds all year round. Make food available throughout the year, particularly during the breeding, nesting and fledging periods. Some birds can hang from feeders while others may prefer table or ground feeding. Always provide a continuous supply of fresh food as wild birds will come to depend on the food that you put out for them. Only put out as much food as will be consumed in one or two days.
