Ronseal Ultimate Protection Decking Oil Dark Oak 5 litre RSLUDODO5L

Ronseal Ultimate Protection Decking Oil provides superior, natural looking protection, for a longer lasting finish. The unique formula penetrates deeper into the wood to provide increased durability. Providing a lightly tinted finish it will give double the weather resistance and foot traffic protection versus standard decking oils. Unique, new to the market, water-based Linseed Oil technology, colours and waterproofs your deck in one easy step. Gives a more natural look to your deck and is rainproof in 90 minutes, recoat in 4 hours. Primarily for use on pre-treated decking. Preparation - Untreated, weathered decking For untreated grey and weathered wood, use Ronseal Decking Restorer to restore the deck's natural colour and provide a sound base for application which ensures the oil penetrates effectively. Previously finished decking Use Ronseal Decking Cleaner and Reviver to remove any dust, grease, oil, mildew, algae and other contamits. Remove any loose, flaking or peeling coatings. To avoid patchiness, and if using a contrasting colour, make sure you remove all previous finishes using Ronseal Decking Stripper. Ensure cut ends are adequately protected using Ronseal Decking End Grain Preserver. New wood New decking should be allowed to weather naturally (usually 6 months). This will make sure any pre-treatment has eroded allowing the stain to penetrate and adhere to the deck. Clean the deck with Ronseal Decking Cleaner and Reviver using a scrubbing brush to open the pores of the wood and remove any contamination from the manufacture of the timber. Rinse thoroughly with clean water ideally using a pressure washer. Allow to dry fully before over coating. Test effectiveness of the cleaning by splashing the deck with water. If beading occurs, re-clean. Retest before applying any oil. The shade label indicates approximate colour only. It is recommended that you test a small area to determine the final colour which may be influenced by the texture, grain, colour, porosity, type of wood and any previous treatment. This Ronseal Ultimate Protection Decking Oil has the following specification Colour Dark Oak. Size 5 litre.

Diversey Bourne Seal Natural 2 x 5 Litre

Diversey Bourne Seal Natural 2 x 5 Litre

Diversey Bourne Seal Natural is a solvent based wood sealer protective seal for interior porous floors and woodwork. Use Bourne Seal to protect and enhance the appearance of all interior wood and cork surfaces e.g. floors and untreated wood furniture and fittings. It may also be used to seal interior concrete floors, at least 3 months old and some stone surfaces, but the adhesion and appearance must be checked first by applying to a small test area. Borne Seal is heat, stain, oil and water resistant, and dries to tough, slip resistant, glossy finish. Never use on unprepared or solvent sensitive surfaces, i.e. vinyl, thermoplastic, rubber or asphalt. Diversey Bourne Seal Natural Features: - For interior floors and woodwork - Can be used to seal interior concrete floors - Protective seal for interior porous floors and woodwork - Heat, stain, oil and water resistant - Dries to a tough, slip retardent, glossy finish Preparation - Bourne Seal is a penetrative seal and if any traces of water, oil or grease or previous coating are present, it may not key to the surface and drying time and performance could be affected. - For optimum results surfaces should be sanded to a fine finish and all dust removed. If oil wax or alternative seals have been previously used the appropriate chemical stripper may also be required before application. - Apply a little amount to a test area first. Concrete floors should be left to cure for at least 3 months before sealing. Application - Once surface is prepared use a clean lambswool applicator or brush to apply a thin even coat well into surface, working with the grain, avoiding overlep. - Allow to dry for a minimum of 8 hours, preferably 24 hours, then lightly rub down with fine sandpaper or a medium grade nylon pad. - Remove surplus dust before applying second coat. Ventilate room and allow to dry and harden before use. Vacuum sweeping and damp mopping is recommended for on going maintenance. - Coverage approx: 12sqm per 1 litre per coat Please Note : Due to geographical locations we are unable to deliver to Highlands
