We most often observe the battlefield from an isometric perspective, but while performing attacks and movements, the camera changes its position (similar to e.g. in the XCOM cycle ). However, for better readability of the battlefield, the tracking options can be turned off, focusing only on the overall view of the battlefield. Managing mercenaries and combat machines and commissioning missions takes place in real time , similar to the above-mentioned series of Firaxis studio. Stellaris Apocalypse is the second major expansion pack released from the grand strategy game Stellaris. Stellaris Apocalypse is the second major expansion pack released from the grand strategy game Stellaris. In this expansion, the player gets forces of destruction such as ion cannons mounted on starbases, Titan-class starships, a new faction in the galaxy, and the Colossus, a starship capable of decimating entire planets. The Apocalypse expansion pack comes with the Cherryh 2.0 patch, which introduced several new elements to the gameplay and reworked some of its components. The expansion pack introduces four major elements to the base game, the first and most important of which are certainly the Colossus-class spaceships. The more changes one wants to make to their religious system, the more Piety it will cost. Of course, there are different ways to generate Piety. Warfare and Armies Any army at the beginning of its operations in CK III will certainly consist of lefties and armies. Lefties are the most basic type of units available in the game and depend on the setting you choose. The people-armies are the more versatile and robust part of the army, while the lefties complement it. Besides these two basic unit types, the game offers a lot more diverse units such as cavalry and infantry, as well as knights. Knights are the most perfect type of soldiers. Their strength is so great that 20 knights can be equivalent to about 200 levies. Knights are basically characters that we choose from our kingdom. However, in order for a character to become a knight, there are certain combat skill requirements that the character must meet. In addition, the game offers features such as buying prisoners of war, hiring mercenaries and plundering the territories of neighboring kingdoms with raids. Last but not least is the ability to hire orders for some of the major wars our kingdom is involved in (as the title of the series suggests).
